DESCRIPTION/FEATURES  
Base  
The 40EPS..PbF rectifier High Voltage Series has  
been optimized for very low forward voltage drop,  
with moderate leakage. The glass passivation  
technology used has reliable operation up to  
150 °C junction temperature.
