The TOSHIBA TLP668JF(S) consists of a zero voltage crossing turn-on  
photo-triac optically coupled to a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode in a six  
lead plastic DIP package.  
Absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics are the same as  
those given in the TLP668J(S) technical data sheets.
