ꢀ Overview
MIP508/510 are 3-pin lamp and solenoid driver IPDs equipped with five protection circuits ( overcurrent, overvoltage, load
short-circuiting, overheat and ESD protection). The 3-pin configuration makes it easy to replace conventional power MOS
FETs, enhancing reliability and reducing the need for additional external components. The MIP508 employs compact surface-
mount packaging that contributes to an overall decrease in equipment size.
