The Power On Reset
When the IC is supplied Vcc, the reset circuit is on and after about 120ms (Vcc=5V C 24 =47µF) the
reset circuit is off automatically.

Clock oscillator circuit
This IC incorporates a current control type clock oscillator circuit in it, thus providing circuit
configuration just by connecting an Rc for current control pin 1 (MCLKCONT).
Fully internal clock supply prevents occurrence of undesired radiation without affecting any
external circuit.
