FEATURES:
DESCRIPTION:
• Functionally equivalent to QS3257
• 5Ω bi-directional switch connection between two ports
• Isolation under power-off conditions
• Over-voltage tolerant
The CBTLV3257 is a quad 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer. The low on-
state resistance of the switch allows connections to be made with minimal
propagation delay.
Theselect(S)inputcontrolsthedataflow.Themultiplexers/demultiplexers
are enabled when the output-enable (OE) input is low.
To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down,
OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of
the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
• Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA
• VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, Normal Range
• ESD > 2000V per MIL-STD-883, Method 3015;
> 200V using machine model (C = 200pF, R = 0)
• Available in QSOP and TSSOP packages
