Product Description
GRF2077 is a broadband, linear, low noise bypass am-
plifier featuring failsafe operation. It is designed for
small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high perfor-
mance RF applications requiring ultra-low NF, high gain
and linearity along with failsafe bypass mode capability.
Consult with the GRF applications engineering team for
application notes, custom tuning/evaluation board data
and device s-parameters.
