1. Inductance, Q and phase measured using Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in Agilent/HP 4291A impedance analyzer with Coilcraft-provided correlation pieces.
For recommended test procedures, contact Coilcraft.
2. SRF and phase measured using Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and Coilcraft SMD-D test fixture.
3. DCR measured on Cambridge Technology micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF859 test fixture.
4. Average current for a 15°C rise above 25°C ambient.
5. Operating temperature range −40°C to +85°C.
6. Electrical specifications at 25°C.
