photorelay, suitable for surface-mount assembly. The TLP3119 consists of
a GaAs infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET and
is housed in a 4-pin package.

Note 1: Device considered a two-terminal device: Pins 1 and, 2 shorted together, and pins 3 and 4 shorted together.
