■SERIES OVERVIEW
High temperature application CGA series, automotive grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitor, is a product whose maximum operating
temperature is 150°C. The capacitance range is up to 22µF.
■FEATURES
• Operating temperature range: –55 to +150°C.
■APPLICATIONS
• Engine rooms
• NP0 temperature characteristic which has excellent stable tempera-
• Peripheral circuits of IGBT, SiC, GaN used at high temperature envi-
ronments
• Decoupling, smoothing, snubber and resonant circuit of high-temper-
ature operating equipment.
