2. TOLERANCE AND VOLTAGE DESIGNATION  
The type numbers listed have a standard tolerance on the nominal zener voltage of ±5%.  
3. ZENER VOLTAGE (VZ) MEASUREMENT  
The zener voltage (VZ) is tested under pulse conditions such that TJ is no more than 2above TA.  
4. ZENER IMPEDANCE (ZZ) DERIVATION  
ZZT and ZZK are measured by dividing the AC voltage drop across the device by the AC current applied. The specified limits are  
for IZ(AC) = 0.1 IZ(DC) with AC frequency = 60Hz.  
5. MAXIMUM ZENER CURRENT RATINGS (IZM  
)
This data was calculated using nominal voltages. The maximum current handing capability on a worst case basis is limited by the  
actual zener voltage at the operation point and the power duration curve.
