DESCRIPTION  
The STTH1003S is an Ultrafast Recovery Power  
Rectifier dedicated to energy recovery in PDP  
application.  
It is especially designed for clamping function in  
energy recovery block.  
The compromise between forward voltage drop  
and recovery time offer optimized performances.
