Description
The device in manufactured in low voltage PNP
Planar Technology by using a “Base Island”
layout. The resulting transistor shows exceptional
high gain performance coupled with very low
saturation voltage.

second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in
compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering
