12.249GHz OC-192 Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillator
DESCRIPTION
The M630 Series Voltage Controlled SAW
Oscillators (VCOs) are specifically designed for high
speed SONET/SDH OC-192 applications.
The oscillators are SAW-based and offer excellent
phase noise performance and spectral purity.
A broad, linear tuning range makes the M630 VCSO
especially suitable for Phase-locked Loop (PLL)
applications which are extensively used in timing
circuits for clock and data regeneration in fiber-
linked data systems.
