R5104V Series
Watchdog Timer with VD and VR
The R5104V Series are CMOS-based system power ICs with a voltage regulator, voltage detector, and watchdog timer integrated in a single chip.
The R5104V 's input voltage of Max. 36V (absolute maximum rating: Max. 50V) makes it suitable for use in car applications. The voltage regulator
with an external output transistor is capable of outputting approximately 1A, using the PNP transistor of hFE=100 to 300. R5104V monitors the power
system of devices equipped with microprocessors and prevents system runaway with a reset signal when a malfunction occurs.

and reset hold time (100pF or more)
OUT :10μF or more
R : Resistor for limiting the regulator output current. The
SENSE pin monitors the voltage drop that occurs in R and
triggers the current limiter when Typ. 0.3V is exceeded.
