DESCRIPTION  
The USB508xx and USB508xxC Series are mulꢀ-line ultra low capacitance transient voltage suppressor arrays that  
provide board level protecꢀon for compuꢀng and telecommunicaꢀons applicaꢀons against the damaging effects of  
ESD, terꢀary lightning and switching transients.  
The USB508xx and USB508xxC Series has a peak pulse power raꢀng of 500 Waꢁs for an 8/20µs waveshape. This  
device series meets the IEC 61000-4-2 requirements.
