LOW CAPACITANCE TVS ARRAY
DESCRIPTION
The ESOT3.3LCC, a high frequency, transient suppression protector of wireless telecommunicaꢀons applicaꢀons for
portable devices. This device is packaged in a SOT-23 plasꢀc case and is available in a 3.3 volt, bidirecꢀonal configura-
ꢀon.
Due to its low capacitance, the ESOT3.3LCC is ideal protecꢀon of Ethernet or USB port interfaces against the effects of
electrostaꢀc discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). This device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-2
and IEC 61000-4-4.
