DESCRIPTION
The ESDA05C-4, is a high frequency, transient suppression protector of computer and telecommunicꢀon systems. This
device is packaged in a SOT-23-6 plasꢀc case and is available in a 5 volt, bidirecꢀonal configuraꢀon.
Due to its low capacitance, the ESDA05C-4 is ideal protecꢀon of computer port interfaces against the effects of elec-
trostaꢀc discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). This device meets the requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 and
IEC 61000-4-4.
