DESCRIPTION  
The 1.5KE Series, are discrete 15,00 Waꢀ, silicon transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed for use in applicaꢁons  
where large voltage transients can permanently damage voltage sensiꢁve components and equipment.  
The 1.5KE series is available in voltages ranging from 6.8V to 600V and is compaꢁble with IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge)  
requirements.
