divides the crystal frequency be 2 resulting in a 10.00MHz output

Layout and application information  
All connection points in the designated region have solder mask

For Optimum Stability and Jitter Performance, Pletronics  
recommends:

no large transient signals (both current and voltage) should be routed under the device  
do not layout near a large magnetic field such as a high frequency switching power supply
