DUAL SURFACE MOUNT NPN/PNP TRANSISTORS (COMPLIMENTARY)
This device contains two electrically-isolated complimentary pair (NPN and
SOT- 363
PNP) general-purpose transistors. This device is ideal for portable
applications where board space is at a premium.
