Overview
This series is the eco-friendly Zener diode series with the fine
diffusion process technology.
Unit : mm
Zener diodes are used for the ESD protection devices and voltage
regulation circuits and contribute to enhance safety performance of
your products.

y Excellent Zener characteristics by fine diffusion process.
y Higher reliability by fine process and package technology.
y Small Package: SMini2 (SC-90).
y Zener Voltage: 2.4V to 39V (E24 series).
y Two Tolerance Series: ±5.0% and ±2.5%.

2. Absolute frequency of input and output is 5MHz
3. The Temperature must be controlled 25°C for Vz measurement.
Vz value measured at other temperature must be adjusted to Vz (25°C)
4. *1 : Vz guaranteed 20ms after current flow.
*2 : Tj=25°C to 150°C
