DESCRIPTION  
The new NEC EQI Series autom otive relays are designed for m otor and lam p control applications that  
require a high level of quality and perform ance. The EQ1 has a unique two-piece design for the m agnetic circuit,  
which result in sm all size, light weight, and high productivity.

Standard: Computers, office equipment, communications equipment, test and measurement equipment, au-  
dio and visual equipment, home electronic appliances, machine tools, personal electronic equip-  
ment and industrial robots  
Special: Transportation equipment (automobiles, trains, ships, etc.), traffic control systems, anti-disaster  
system s, anti-crim e system s, safety equipm ent and m edical equipm ent (not specifically de-  
signed for life support)  
Specific: Aircrafts, aerospace equipm ent, subm ersible repeaters, nuclear reactor control system s, Iife  
support systems or medical equipment for life support, etc.  
The quality grade of NEC devices is Standard” unless otherwise specified in NEC's Data Sheets or Data Books.  
If customers intend to use NEC devices for applications other than those specified for Standard quality grade,  
they should contact NEC sales representative in advance.  
Anti-radioactive design is not implemented in this product.
