DESCRIPTION:

The JX075 SCR series provide high dv/dt rate with  
strong resistance to electromagnetic interface. They  
are especially recommended for use on residual  
current circuit breaker, straight hair, igniter etc.  
JX075F provides insulation voltage rated at 2000V  
RMS from all three terminals to external heatsink.
