The400CMQ highcurrentSchottkyrectifiermoduleserieshas

leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable  
operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. Typical applica-  
tionsareinswitchingpowersupplies,converters,free-wheeling  
diodes, welding, andreversebatteryprotection.
