The 200CNQ center tap, high current, Schottky rectifier
moduleserieshasbeenoptimizedforverylowforwardvoltage
drop, withmoderateleakage. Theproprietarybarriertechnol-
ogyallowsforreliableoperationupto150°Cjunctiontempera-
ture. Typical applications are in switching power supplies,
converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery
protection.
