DESCRIPTION:  
• High Speed:  
The AS3699 is a quad SPDT (Single Pole Dual Throw) switch, designed  
tooperatefrom1.65Vto4.3V. Additionalfeaturesincludefastswtichingspeed  
and break-before-make delay time. This product is available in a 3x3mm  
QFN16package.  
tPD = 0.3ns (typ.) at VCC = 3V  
tPD = 0.4ns (typ.) at VCC = 2.3V  
• Low "ON" resistance VIN =0V:  
RON = 0.5Ω (max. TA = 25°C) at VCC = 2.7V  
RON = 0.7Ω (max. TA = 25°C) at VCC = 2.3V  
RON = 1.5Ω (max. TA = 25°C) at VCC = 1.8V  
• Wide operating voltage range:  
VCC (OPR) = 1.65V to 4.3V single supply  
• 4.3V tolerant and 1.8V compatible threshold on digital control  
input at VCC = 2.3 to 3V  
• Latch-up performance exceeds 300mA (JESD 17)  
• Available in 3x3 QFN package
