The Broadcom BCM94212 V.92/V.90 Modem PCI Card is a
complete V.92/V.90 data/fax/voice soft modem solution targeted
for use in PCI applications. The BCM94212 meets PC99 and
PC2001 requirements. It includes complete WHQL-certified
drivers for Windows 98, Windows ME, Window 2000, and
Windows XP.
The BCM94212 includes the Broadcom BCM4212 V.92/V.90
PCI bridge chip and Silicon Labs’DAA chipset. The BCM94212
board supports both North American and worldwide modem PTT
homologation.

The BCM94212 card uses the Silicon Labs’ DAA chipset, which
allows a very high level of integration. The BCM94212 reference
