功能描述  
AN8826 芯片是一专为 LED 显示屏应用而设计的 16 路输出恒流源驱动 IC.  
16 路输出电流可经由一个外部电阻调整. 每路输出的电流均一致以适用于要求  
严格的 LED 显示屏应用. AN8826 内置 16 路恒流源驱动输出电路, 一个 16 位移  
位缓存器和一个 16 位锁存电路. AN8826 恒流源驱动 IC 采用 CMOS 工艺.

*输出电流能力: 每路 60 毫安  
*:输出电流范围: 5 毫安 至 60 毫安  
*共阳极 LED 应用  
*电源电压范围 VDD=3.0 伏 至 5.5 伏  
*最大源极电压: 7 伏  
*串行输入数据时钟速率: 25 兆赫(串接情况)  
*操作温度范围: -40 至 85 摄氏度

典型應用  
LED 电源电压设定如下:  
VLED = VCE + Vf+ Vo  
为了避免因过高的 VLED 电压造成芯片功耗过高产生高热, 建议加上电阻  
R 以降低 Vout 电压, 如此可降低整体芯片功耗改善散热问题.  
R = (VLED – VCE – Vf – Vo min)/ ( Io max * Bit max)
