1008PS Inductors for xDSL Filters
Coilcraft’snew1008PSSeriesisidealforuseinavarietyof
filters,includingthedataseparationfiltersusedinVDSLand
ISDN/ADSLimplementations.
They measure just 2.74 mm high and have very low DC
resistance to reduce insertion loss. The specially designed
ferrite cover provides magnetic shielding and the best
possible surface for pick and place handling.
Coilcraft offers reference designs for various xDSL filters
usingtheseandothersurfacemountcomponents. Wecan
alsoprovideseveralcompletelowpassandbandpassfilter
modules in space-saving SIP configurations.

Agilent/HP 4263Bimpedanceanalyzer.
3. Q measured on Agilent/HP 4291 with Agilent/HP 16193 test fixture.
4. DCR measured on micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF840 test fixture.
5. SRF measured using Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and Coilcraft
SMD-D test fixture.
6. DC current at which the inductance drops 10% (typ) from its value without
current.
