DEVICE DESCRIPTION  
FEATURES  
The ZR431 is a three term inal adjustable  
s h u n t r e g u la t o r o ffe r in g e x c e lle n t  
te m perature stability and output current  
handling capability up to 100m A. The output  
voltage m ay be set to any chosen voltage  
between 2.5 and 20 volts by selection of two  
external divider resistors.  
Surface m ount SOT223 and SOT23  
packages  
TO92 package  
2%, 1 % and 0.5% tolerance  
Max. tem perature coefficient 55 ppm /°C  
Tem perature com pensated for operation  
over the full tem perature range  
The devices can be used as a replacem ent  
fo r ze n e r d io d e s in m a n y a p p lica tio n s  
r e q u ir in g a n im p r o v e m e n t in ze n e r  
perform ance.
