DESCRIPTION
PACKAGE
The CG2430X1 is a pHEMT GaAs SP3T (Single
Pole Three Throw) switch. This device can operate
from 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz, having low insertion loss
and high isolation.
8-pin Thin SON (XS01) Package
(1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.37mm)
