DESCRIPTION
The TK717XXS type is a bipolar LDO regulator IC. The
package is SOT23-5.
TK717XXSタイプは、バイポーラ低飽和レギュレータICで
す。パッケージはSOT23-5です。
They can supply 200mA output current
出力電流200mＡを安定に供給できます。
高密度実装を要求される携帯機器、バッテリ使用機器や一般
機器等に最適です。
They are designed for portable applications with space
requirements, battery powered system and any electronic
equipment.
低い入出力間電圧降下を特長とします。
They offer low dropout voltage.
出力電圧は内部固定で、1.5V ~ 5.0Vで設定可能です。
The output voltage is internally fixed from 1.5 to 5.0V.
The output short-circuit function works at off times. It is a
unique characteristic by which the residual charge of the
output side capacitor is rapidly discharged.
off時には出力短絡機能が働き、出力側コンデンサの残留電荷
を急速放電させるユニークな特性となっています。
