Features
General Description
The AT1202 is high voltage, micropower linear
regulator. Key feature include wide input voltage,
low-noise, low-dropout and low-quiescent-current.
The output voltage precision is within ±2﹪and
output currents of up to 30mA.
• ±2% Output Accuracy
• 12µA Quiescent Current
• Shutdown Current <1µA
• High Output Voltage: Up to 28V
• 30mA Output Current
• Tiny SOT-25 Package
